For our new established business in Weiterstadt near Darmstadt are we hiring for:

  • Full time positions
  • Remote Online/Tele Support— anywhere in Germany/France

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in DLP 3D printing and digital dentistry workflows
  • Be on the front lines for all customer concerns and questions
  • Offer excellent customers support and help our customers (dentists, orthodontists and dental technicians) to provide excellent clinical results with our 3D printing solutions as part of the dental application and workflow
  • Investigate and offer solutions via phone, e-mail, remote access and other channels
  • Proactively identify opportunities for user education, breaking down technical concepts into easy-to-understand steps
  • Create detailed documentation of all support issues including customer feedback with goal of “100% first call resolution” and creating ravings SprintRay advocates
  • Collaborate with product teams, marketing, sales, and others to deliver a phenomenal customer experience and to improve our products
  • Developing and extending the European support structure

Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years of experience supporting technical products
  • Are friendly, personable and professional with a passion for getting stuff done
  • Understand how to convey empathy and tone via written communication
  • Have excellent critical thinking skills - you love solving puzzles and mysteries!
  • Are tech-savvy and learn new technologies quickly
  • Want to grow your skills within 3D printing, dentistry, and support
  • Want to develop the SprintRay service team in Europe
  • Have language fluency in German and English

Bonus points:

  • 3D printing experience, the more passion the better
  • Language fluency in French, Spanish, or other
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (Zendesk)
  • Experience teaching adult learners, especially technical concepts
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience with:
    • Dentistry
    • CAD/3D modeling
    • Networking and/or Linux-based systems
    • Mechanical engineering
