Our German offices are in Essen and Cologne.
Your role
You are responsible for understanding our customer’s business strategy, playing a crucial role in shaping the solution and internally being the central person of contact for all matters including Salesforce Commerce topics. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading discovery sessions with the client to develop a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and integrations interfaces for new commerce solutions

• Assessing technical options for each solution in a digital commerce implementation project and evaluating possible technologies
• Being aware of given constraints of the clients business or technology stack and consult him accordingly
• Handling the customers expectations and showing what the possible and viable options are
• Being a crucial part in the sales process, shaping a deal that suits the needs of the customer
• Interacting with project and account managers for planning timelines
• Working closely with client teams and internal colleagues across functional roles to understand requirements and make project decisions
• Delegating tasks and provide leadership and guidance
• Collaborating in Mindcurv internal initiatives and represent the company at relevant industry events

Who you are

• You have experience in a similar customer-facing role within technology, preferably in the eBusiness space
• You are experienced in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• You know all about the unique and special challenges of digital commerce at scale and in complex environments
• Experience with the definition and documentation of web applications
• Ability to evaluate alternatives considering business needs, technology fit, cost/benefit, security and department strategies
• If you already worked as a developer in your past this would be a plus
• You are used to switching between the English and German language while surrounded by different languages
