Software Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for mobile machinery electronics

Location: Krefeld

Aufgaben
  • As our Software Project Coordinator, you will be at the very front when it comes to planning, set-up and constant follow-up of detailed project schedules and processes and thereby guiding our software development teams straight to success!
  • You will be responsible for the most efficient use of available resources in order to impress our customers with quality and punctual delivery of software solutions. To achieve this, you organize developer priorities and tasks.
  • Your standards are top-class when you critically analyze ongoing projects and proactively intervene to keep them on track. Whenever you identify risks within the scopes of a project, you immediately find and apply countermeasures.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the management team and you will stay in charge of your projects until their final handover.
Profil
  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a similar field.
  • 3+ years management experience of software developer teams in a fast-paced environment and several years of practical programming experience with C/C++ language or standardized IEC 316131 programming languages, with multiple platforms and toolchains and with field communication buses.
  • Ideally, you gained your experiences with software development in the automotive, railway or automation industry.
  • Your capability of managing competing priorities and demanding customers gives you the great ability to work with deadlines and take the right decisions.
  • You are an open-minded personality who communicates very well in English and appreciates being part of an international development team achieving outstanding results.
