Your challenge

The successful candidate will join our Logistics Team in Itzehoe, Germany.

As a Shipping Coordinator at Esko , you will:
Order entry in ERP systems
Arrangement of machine and spare part shipments worldwide according to the current export regulations and incoterms
Issuance of shipping documents: commercial invoice, CMR, certificate of origin, A.TR etc.
Customs declarations on ATLAS (IAA-Plus)
Preferential calculations (Free Trade Agreements)
Obtain certificates of entry
Main point of contact for Logistic companies
Correspondence with regions and customers worldwide
Maintains ERP system database
Performs restricted party screening
Invoicing based on chain transaction regulations

Service-oriented, team player who seeks feedback to continuously improve programs
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences
Must have well developed executive presence; ability to lead and manage project teams with a range of experience and skills and engage at the highest executive level in Danaher

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
Education as Kaufmann/frau im Außenhandel or Speditionskaufmann/frau or Bachelor’s degree in International trade
Knowledge of import/export regulations and policies such as embargoed countries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to be resilient and handle multiple tasks in a fast past environment
