Role Information

Our mission is to make the world a better place. GreenToken encourages sustainable sourcing, circular economies and minimising footprints of products across all industries where Supply chains start with commodities - which are around 80% worldwide. As a team member you work close with the product team to work on new ideas and develop product features in a fast pace environment. We focus strong on user research, so you should be able to know the most common user research methods and how to apply them.

You invent new out of the box solutions in order to satisfy our users needs and beyond and you’ll work closely with our user researcher and the rest of the team. You know how to take ideas/ feedback and turn them into beautiful and usable crafted screens.

We expect you to know state of the art visual UI languages and have a keen eye for details. We love to see you crafting beautiful animations too.

Role Requirements

• Profound knowledge of UX Design and its (research) methods
• Experience working closely with development/ product mangers / stakeholders in an agile team
• Excellent skills in Figma
• Able to communicate ideas and present prototypes to the team
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Profound knowledge in UI motion design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Java Script (beneficial)
• Able to prototype in Framer (beneficial)

Work Experience

+ 4 years experience in UI / interaction design or similar fields
