Your responsibilities

  • As a Software Architect, you are responsible for the design and further development of the Pharos Platform (AWS).
  • You define the development standard and process for the area of cloud computing, plan to integrate different systems into the Pharos Platform (AWS) and improve the integration of the various product functions.
  • In your role, you form the interface between specialist departments and product teams as well as the management.
  • You control both development teams with agile methods and the service providers of the services necessary for the operation of the systems.
  • You are in constant contact with other product owners and stakeholders in project and business.

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree in (economic) computer science or a comparable training course.
  • You have several years of professional experience in software development and/or as a solution architect.
  • In particular, you have gained experience as a product owner or product manager in software development projects as well as in dealing with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the operation of IT systems and the management of internal and external service providers.
  • Furthermore, you have experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS framework Tools.
  • You are practitioner in DevOps and agile way of working.
  • You are negotiable in English and German.
  • You have excellent conceptual and analytical as well as communicative skills and enjoy working in agile teams.
  • Experience as a technical/team leader is an advantage.
  • You are open to occasional international business trips.
