Senior Recruiting Partner (all genders)

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Partner (all genders) to help scale Europe’s leading sports and wellness platform. The Urban Sports Group Recruiting team is on a mission to make hiring the most enjoyable and rewarding activity our stakeholders do during their work day. On the other hand, we aim to give each candidate a "wow" experience, one which leaves them feeling positive and valued regardless of the outcome of the hiring process.

This role is all about customer orientation: you’ll ensure we are delivering an amazing experience to hiring managers and candidates alike across three entities (Urban Sports Club, Onefit, and Fitogram). As a recruiting professional, it’s a particularly exciting opportunity, as you’ll have the chance to come up with customized solutions in response to the unique challenges and opportunities of each of the three organizations.

Your responsibilities

• Own the whole recruiting process, from role definition and sourcing to contract signing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and guide them through the hiring process
• Collaborate with the other team members in Recruiting and the wider People organization to work on initiatives aimed at making Urban Sports club a more diverse and inclusive place
• Drive projects which ensure we are using best practices and staying at the forefront of innovation in Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with hiring teams to create a feedback culture through alignment meetings and advocating for objective-based interviewing

What you need to succeed

• A successful track record spanning several years as an end-to-end recruiter within the tech or digital industry
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• You balance your relationship-building skills and empathy with well-honed skills in making data-driven decisions in order to partner effectively with your stakeholders
• You want to work in an environment which truly honours the statement, "team work makes the dream work". While we are a company in the sports industry, there is no room for a competitive mindset in this team ;)
