Currently, our LOVOO team is working from home in Germany to provide our employees with the best possible protection in the pandemic situation. Our LOVOOians work and live primarily in Dresden & Berlin, where our locations are also located. In post-COVID times, the advertised position is intended for both locations, Dresden or Berlin, and it is not a 100% remote position. Of course, there will be a comprehensive home office concept afterwards.

Product Marketing Managers respond to our user’s needs by taking the ownership of marketing campaigns of our latest product features within our LOVOO Live and Dating section. This role is a part of our CRM team that combines the best parts of a fast-moving growth team while communicating to millions of users at scale.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing product features to promote the product launches
  • Building campaigns (Email, In-App, and Push) for product marketing initiatives and coordinating with CRM Managers to integrate them to the LOVOO customer lifecycle journey
  • Conception, development, execution and evaluation of A/B tests for product launches
  • Coordination of product marketing communications, including all social media, press releases etc. together with Brand and Performance Marketing
  • Identifying opportunities by conducting market assessments, quantitative and qualitative analysis with our Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Leading market segmentation and possibility evaluation efforts to prioritize advertising product options to drive business outcome

Unsere Anforderungen

  • At least two years experience in CRM, Strategy Consulting, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management or in other comparable fields
  • Experience in planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as in using Braze and Figma
  • Familiarity with a cross functional working environment as well as in collaborating with partners and managing different requirements of stakeholders
  • Experience in Iteration-based Product Development processes, such as Scrum
  • Pronounced communication skills and the proficiency in simplifying concepts and influencing executive audiences
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills are a strong plus
