For our growing EMEA Team we are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager with a focus on the EMEA region. You will be responsible for demand generation and pipeline acceleration across all segments. You should possess deep experience managing marketing programmes and integrated campaigns focused at technical and executive audiences. You will have a demonstrated ability to effectively plan around the needs of the field with respect to demand generation as well as communicate to the field organisation on programmes and initiatives to create demand. The ability to foster a healthy relationship between sales and marketing is a must.Responsibilities
- Build a regional marketing strategy and plan that supports the quarterly sales and revenue goals
- Lead a local team to execute on the aspects of this plan including Tradeshows and other Events, Integrated Campaigns, Webinars, Digital, Social and more
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with the EMEA sales leaders and other teams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in HQ including, Marketing operations, digital, brand, content, product marketing and events
- Communicate regional needs back to the HQ marketing team ensuring global representation in campaigns and initiatives. Assist in localising appropriately for the EMEA region and sub regions
- Report on all EMEA Marketing activities and channels to track ROI. Share key takeaways with key stakeholders and use the learnings to make data driven investment decisions
- Budget management and tracking
- Actively participate in the EMEA GTM Leadership group, helping your peers provide energy and motivation to all EMEA GTM functions, including the organization of GTM QBRs.
- Minimum of 7+ years of SaaS B2B marketing experience and experience successfully leading a remote team
- Highly organised and self-motivated contributor who can manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and to encourage and support others to achieve their objectives
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with regional sales teams, understand their needs to jointly create and accelerate pipeline
- Understand data insights and able to make data driven decisions
- A high-energy, outgoing, “can do” personality with the ability to build the foundation and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Conversational Marketing, ABM & Attribution technology (Drift, Intercom, Demandbase, Rollworks, 6sense, Full Circle Insights, Bizible, etc)
