Would you like to be responsible for the operational leadership, strategy development and execution in the field of Automotive High Power MOS Supply Chain Management? In your new role you will:
  • Be responsible for the operational leadership, strategy developmentand executionin the field of Automotive High Power MOS Supply Chain Management
  • Ensure manufacturing-, delivery- and throughput-capabilityduring development-, ramp-up- and volume production-phases
  • Be the interface for all Infineon internal productionand segment heads, as well as external production sitesconcerning all SCM related aspects, including handling of any business or cost relevant and strategic production related issues
  • Execute and ensure manufacturing flexibilitybetween available FE and BE sites in all aspects
  • Have the full inventory responsibility(WIP, chips and finished goods) in compliance with corporate and divisional goals and objectives
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies, proceduresand material control systems
    • This position is suitable for full-time and part-time.

You set yourself ambitious goals, remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and takes decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and awards them a high priority and focuse your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Scienceor a related field with technical background
  • At least 6 years of professional experiencein supply chainrelated jobs in semiconductor industry
  • Solid Experience in an international and dynamic working environment
  • Can adapt to new situationsand you can handle constantly changingrequirementsthrough your proactive working attitude
  • Ability to direct, motivate, persuade and influencemultiple and diverse stakeholders
  • IT affinityand the willingness to become acquainted with different IT tools
  • Strong communication skillsand a team player
  • Fluent English skills; German will be an added advantage
