YOUR MISSION:

  • Administration and consolidation of monthly retail reporting
  • Preparation of the monthly retail results including annotation
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategical planning
  • Implementation and optimization of reporting instruments and -standards within the affiliated group
  • Enhancement of controlling instruments for monitoring and steering of the department Retail Controlling (benchmarks, guidelines etc.)
  • Economic analyzes within the existing planning and reporting processes
  • Substitution of the Teamhead Retail Controlling
  • Project lead in cross-functional projects
  • Project lead in internal projects of the departments Retail Controlling
  • General support of existing reporting processes
  • Ad-hoc analyzes.

YOUR TALENT:

  • University degree in business economics with focus Finance / Controlling
  • First leadership experience
  • Perennial experience within Controlling
  • Experience in successful project management within Finance / Controlling
  • Very structured and process oriented working manner
  • Extended logical and analytical thinking
  • Very high sense of responsibility and self-dependence
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel, team player, high engagement
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a team and engagement.
