Would you like to be the point of contact for Customer Quality topics, liaising with different areas within Infineon as the customer advocate to fulfil the interests of the customers and Infineon? In your new role you will:
  • Manage Customer Quality Requirements, involving different Divisions and Operations to review and accept/propose changes to such requirements, establish frameworkswith performance indicators and drive departments to fulfill customer needs, by acting as a Quality Account Manager.
  • Manage Customer Complaints(FARs) for designated customers/product lines, playing the roles of Customer Interface, Complaint Managerand FAR Coordinatorwhenever applicable, to drive proper problem resolutionwithin the agreed target dates and according to customer and Infineon process requirements.
  • Liaise with Business Lines, FA Labs and Customer Quality teamsin different regions, to drive product improvements, resolve customer issues, and secure capacity, for the management of FARs and other customer requests
  • Lead Customer Escalationson Quality-related topics, managing teams to clear customer issues and identify root cause and corrective actions, reporting to Management in accordance with the established Escalation Process at Infineon.
  • Mentor and train other team members in Customer Quality and Complaint Management topics, including but not limited to the roles, responsibilities, methods (8D, 3x 5Why), IT tools, in order to enable such members to perform their assigned roles in PSS QM
  • Moderate Problem Solving (8D) teams and lessons learned sessions, involving other functions within and outside of the Division, facilitating teams to solve problems, identify gaps and implement improvements
  • Lead and deliver digitalization projects, using digitalization or artificial intelligence to bring strong benefits in quality and/or speed, and actively working in proposing such projects to the Division-Management team and implementing it after management buy-off
  • Leadimprovement projectsfocusing on Quality and Customer Satisfaction, within the scope and milestones defined by the Division-Management team

You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company and have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative idea. You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and awards them a high priority and keep the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, Data Sciences or Chemistry
  • At least 6 years of working experience in a quality related function, ideally in the semiconductor, electronics, automotive or related industry
  • Capability to make timely decisionsand manage conflictsin complex environments and under pressure
  • Previous experience as Team Leadershipor Team Managementwould be a strong plus
  • Project Management, involving team leadingand intensive data analytics, ideally with the development and implementation of digitalization solutions
  • Professional knowledge and experience with quality systems, methods, procedures and tools(e.g. 8D, FMEA, 3x 5why, etc.)
  • Proven experience with Customer Management, specially in the areas of Complaint Management and Customer Quality.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, Tableau and MS Office is required; knowledge of programming languagessuch as Python, C and SQL is well desired.
  • Mandatory business-fluent English; business-fluent German is a plus
