As Senior Director for HR Processes and Systems you will take functional ownership of our HR IT Landscape in managing daily operations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, Learning Management, Reporting, Compensation. Furthermore, you will lead the oneHR HR IT Program to further enhance the digitalization within the HR domain with a team of 6 Functional System Owners/Project Managers.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage the functional HR IT operations, development and evolution of the e2e HR IT landscape in all SAP SuccessFactors system modules
  • Govern system design, process standardization, improvement, and HR data quality enhancement
  • As Program Manager, lead the HR IT Digitalization Program according to given timelines. This involves 6-8 full scale individual projects annually.
  • Collaborate with all HR, IT and Finance internal stakeholders to prioritize and sequence Change Requests and Project Portfolio
  • Strengthen HR Key User Communities and end-user enablement with solid training measures
  • Work with HR Process Owners to develop, and document process flows
  • Define project scope, goals, required resources and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage the complete life cycle of the SAP SF Projects, including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet the requirements of various departments in the company
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Ensure delivery of project objectives within prescribed timeframe and budget
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements and other PMO methodology documentation
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Ensures training materials are completed for the rollouts and operations of HR business processes
  • Drive further system adoption
  • Disciplinary management & development of the assigned direct report

Show your expertise

  • University degree in Business, HR, Computer Science or related
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR SAP SF Platform Manager
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a HR Operations Manager and/or Strategic HR role
  • 3-5 full cycle HR IT implementation projects in the role as Project or Program Manager
  • Proven experience in delivering HR IT process and change management
  • Experience in international and fast changing environments
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • SAP SuccessFactors Suite advanced knowledge of major system modules
