  • Advise clients on workflows across service lines, and guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts
  • Create strategic plan with client to obtain value achievement across service line
  • Identify workflow and process improvements and make recommendations to client and project leadership
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies
  • Engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives

People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):

  • Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
  • Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
  • Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
  • Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates’ development.
  • Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates’ skills to fill gaps.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Informatics, Health Economics or in a related field, alternatively a completed training in a medical profession like physician (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or other comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge about processes and responsibilities in healthcare
  • Several years experience Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
  • Business fluent in German and English
