For our Digital R&D we are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and innovative Cloud Developer/Architect (f/d/m). In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and applications. Your responsibilities will also include adapting to the latest cloud technologies and ensuring that our cloud infrastructure consistently meets the demands of a rapidly evolving market environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Solution Maintenance: Take ownership of creating and maintaining core parts of the Thermomix Device Lifecycle cloud solution, ensuring optimum functionality and performance.
  • Software Development:Develop, test, and optimize software components, implementations, and configurations to meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work independently yet collaboratively within an agile team, contributing your skills and expertise to drive progress.
  • Community Involvement: Actively participate in Communities of Practice, sharing your experience and helping to raise development standards.
  • Supplier Interaction: Interface directly with international suppliers to ensure high quality and timely delivery, enhancing our value chain and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant IT experience, including expertise in some of the following technologies: AWS (RDS, Aurora), ArgoCD, Gitlab, Docker, Kustomize (k8s/yaml), Python, Spring Boot / Java / Postgres, and Go / Postgres.
  • Willingness to learn and support within the team
  • Strong focus on customer value and experience
  • Familiarity with agile software development and management methods
  • Extensive capability to communicate and interact internationally and with various management levels
  • Security and data privacy awareness
  • Conceptual skills, analytic and accurate proceeding
  • Good command of German and English
