Project Background- As the Senior Global Business Specialist for US Transparency & Financial Sustainability Reporting you will be reporting to the OneTransparency program office and will lead a squad to work closely together with main US stakeholders to implement a global and cross-divisional state-of-the-art solution
- The OneTransparency is about creating a new solution to globally harmonize expenditures to Healthcare Providers
- The project is organized in multiple squads working under agile conditions
- Actively pursues implementation of the OneTransparency (1T) program in close collaboration with US sites ( in Indianapolis)
- Is responsible to lead and coordinate among US sites and Program Team in order to co-define and implement a global and cross-divisional state-of-the-art solution related to the US Transparency as well as Financial Sustainability Reporting, including but not limited to the collection, remediation, validation, pre-disclosure & dispute, internal monitoring/reporting, and disclosure/submission of relevant transfer of values
- Is an integral member of the 1T program who is empowered to make decisions in line with the program guardrails as well as product owners
- Chance to influence a high-profile program, and engage with senior leaders
- Actively works on a global cross-divisional state-of-the-art solution
- Manages and prioritizes US business requirements in coordination with US subject matter experts
- Proposes and delivers a harmonized set of US business requirements to the program for review and approval
- Leads and co-manages main US stakeholders before and during implementation
- Business Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
- Min. 10+ years professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Compliance / operations
- Strong knowledge of the US specific Transparency Reporting regulatory (US Sunshine Act as well as relevant state laws) and/or Financial Sustainability Reporting requirements
- Experience in SCP/ SAC as a Senior Business Analyst is an advantage
- Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum and scaled agile), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
- Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations
- Ability to organize and manage large client workshops and excellent facilitation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
- Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer-centric mindset (internal & external)
- Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions
- Organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions
