The department Customer Engagement & Business Systems at our Headquarter in Heidelberg, Germany is looking for a SAP SD Business Analyst (f/m/d)to support our Customer Services team. You will report directly to the Senior App Manager Customer Services.

Your next challenge

  • Working in German & international projects with the objective to implement / roll out the HeidelbergCement solution template to HC companies
  • Customizing of processes and interfaces; conducting related test scenarios
  • Writing functional specifications of business requirements
  • Designing and conducting training programs
  • Support demands/tickets from productive countries to further develop/improve the SAP Core System of HeidelbergCement within the area of SD and integrated Supply Chain Management systems
  • Keeping the documentation (Business Processes description, end-user manuals, training documents, testing cases, etc.) of the SAP Core System of HeidelbergCement within the area of SD up to date


Your profile

  • University degree in a business or technical field (or comparable qualification / experiences)
  • Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes
  • Minimum three years professional business and technical experience within the SD area of the SAP R/3 system with an international background
  • Knowledge of the interfaces within the SAP architecture as well as to connected external systems
  • Very good English language skills
  • German language skills would be an advantage
  • High analytical, communicative and organizational skills
  • Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation
  • Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects worldwide, to travel and to regularly provide support to end-users
  • Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
