Our Solution Application Management Department in Munich is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Salesforce Consultant/Product Owner (f/m) (100%)

The Salesforce Consultant/Product Owner analyzes and refines the processes, workflows and

specifications of the business applications for delivering the necessary technology

service to business. He/she is responsible for the development of rational and performs scoping

assessments to determine technical feasibility of projects. In addition, he/she

develops a detailed and comprehensive architectural software stack based on the

demand specification.

He/she is working closely together with the Business Relationship Manager and the

external partner which is providing the IT services for Triumph.

He/she has not only the responsibility to govern current and future solutions in the

Digital area but also to provide technical leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and refine demand requirements provided by Business Relationship
• Manager or Solution Manager for delivering the necessary IT services to business
• Develop rational and performs scoping assessments to determine technical
• of projects
• Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with relevant

• Liaise with the service development team (external partner) to suggest a high level
• solution
• Technical Responsibility for projects with the focus of future proof Development
• Architectural guidance for internal and external projects and vendors
• Coordinate user acceptance tests with Business Relationship Manager and business

Your ideal profile:

• 5+ years experiences in designing and building Digital solutions and applications in at least one of the Digital service related areas
• 5+ years of experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information structured frameworks and methodologies
• 5 + years of functional solution development and documentation
• Deep Knowledge about actual technology and development standards
• Proven skills in the area of Salesforce application (Service, Marketing and Cloud)
• Experience interacting with business customers and managing expectation
• In-depth understanding of business issues and data challenges of the organization industry as a whole
• Experience with Atlassian products – JIRA & Confluence being the most important ones
• Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills
• Knowledge of the relevant process landscape: market to order
• Solid commercial/business acumen
• Experience in working with 3rd party IT service provider and capability to coordinate party IT service provider
• Strong focus on Digital technologies
• Solid understanding of architectural concepts and integration of Digital applications the overall application landscape
• Project management skills are beneficial
• Bachelor or science degree in engineering, business, economics, IT or equivalent
• Several years of industry or consulting experience in the IT environment
• Exposure to the fashion industry would be beneficial
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least level B2) as our language, German is a plus
• Ability to effectively present to superiors and peers
• Strong business sense, eager to learn, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results
• Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive and service
• High interest in modern technical development and future proven technology stacks
