Sales Experience Manager (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As Sales Experience Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the (creative) development and implementation as well as the evaluation of sales experiences and the management of corresponding partners based on market development, trends and best practices. In particular, you will
  • be responsible for designing measures and projects to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, taking economic aspects into account
  • be independently responsible for planning, testing, implementing, developing and monitoring the success of projects
  • independently analyze customer data and studies and derive relevant starting points for increasing the sales experience
  • prepare relevant key figures and combine them with corresponding data to derive internationally uniform experience, shopping and service standards
  • support the Head of Sales Experience in the development and introduction of further activities to increase customer satisfaction (including content and conceptual sparring)

What you should bring along

  • Successfully completed business studies
  • Several years of experience in quality management, customer experience or customer insights
  • Experience in the creation of analyses, concepts, profitability calculations and business plans
  • Knowledge of common project management tools, ideally initial (partial) project management experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • High level of personal responsibility, independent working style and result orientation as well as high customer orientation and holistic customer understanding
