About the Role


We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin. As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our German-speaking customers. NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates that can help us continue to grow our successful business.


About You


  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are an energetic, self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
  • You have full professional proficiency in French
  • You speak multiple languages (preferred)
  • You have experience in selling technology solutions
  • You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
  • You are organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
  • You are proficient with technology
  • You are able to multi-task with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks


What You’ll be Doing


  • Employing exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
  • Researching, documenting, and maintaining relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
  • Utilizing Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy
