As a Coordinator Q-Labs Reporting & Customer Relations for our Vitesco Technologies Qualification Laboratories you are a central contact person for internal and external customers and stakeholders. In this role you are the key player in sourcing and prepare data for management presentations as well as be in very close collaboration with our Head of Vitesco Technologies Q-Labs to lead e.g. the budget process or report automation.


Additionally, you are in charge of the following tasks:

  • Supporting the set-up automated reporting structure and standardized reporting formats
  • Supporting worldwide Vitesco Technologies Laboratory (VTL) budget process
  • Introducing and maintaining standardized reporting and utilization tools
  • Main contact for external customers
  • Leading acquisition process for external customers
  • Prepare presentations for VTL purposes for management or other relevant stakeholders
  • Support organization of VTL workshops and events

Your qualifications:

  • Academic degree in engineering or comparable qualification
  • Long-time of professional experience in testing, different functions in R&D and Quality in the automotive field preferred
  • Experience and advanced knowledge with creating reportings and the respective reporting tools, e.g. Excel, KNIME or PowerBI
  • Business fluent in English spoken and written
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High quality orientation as well as structured and analytical working approach
  • Willingness to travel

This Position can be staffed in Nuremberg or Regensburg.
