About the Position

At Ben, we are shaping the mobility of the future. To this end, we offer all services related to the care and maintenance of vehicle fleets of all kinds. Our current customers include car-sharing & micro-mobility providers, renowned delivery services and many more.

For the further success of our work, we are looking for you as a motivated Recruiter / Talent Manager (m/f/d) to grow our team across Europe and become part of the Team Ben success story.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for our office positions (Germany and Europe) and are constantly striving to optimize it further
  • You develop professional job profiles and distribute them on the relevant channels
  • You contact the best talents via direct approach on social networks and inspire them for Ben
  • You ensure an excellent candidate experience at all times, as the entire application process (from job posting to interview) is in your hands
  • You develop an employer branding strategy together with our talent team and implement it step by step
Your profile

  • You ideally have a university degree and practical experience in recruiting, preferably in a start-up environment
  • You already have some experience in tech recruiting and want to develop further in this exciting field
  • You are familiar with active and passive sourcing and have the ability to independently develop channel strategies
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are empathetic and can conduct interviews confidently
  • You are KPI-driven and strive to constantly develop yourself further
  • You speak and write German and English at a professional level
