Project & Process Manager FlixTrain (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager FlixTrain (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You are part of the Operations Team for FlixTrain; you will define the way how we revolutionize the railway industry and how people travel
• You work closely with our key account managers and our traffic control, develop long-lasting relationships and offer support regarding all operational topics
• You support our team in communication with their key account
• You optimise the quality standards of our operations and you ensure the best quality of services offered to our customers by our partners
• You consistently identify and develop quality improvement projects with our key account managers to ensure smooth operations and actively impact our customer satisfaction
• You analyse our different data sources and help both us and our partners to improve the operational quality by creating reports
• You are responsible for the flawless and timely implementation of various operational and IT projects
• You are responsible for defining IT requirements to help your team and our partners to analyse, steer and optimize our operations

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• Excellent English and German skills
• 2+ years of relevant working experience; experience in project management, logistics, transportation industry or similar
• Strong analytical critical-thinking skills and a high affinity to detail and structure
• Ideally background in transport or rail industry (a plus, but not required)
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills
• Affinity to IT and tech, you ideally already have experience in/with a tech organization
• You are self-reliant, reliable and conscientious
