Your tasks

• Initial focus:
  • Project management of an extensive software project for a German OEM including the coordination of ticket-based work packages
  • Management and responsibility of multicultural technical project teams in the field of intelligent mobility & software (e. g. for embedded software / data science / ADAS)
  • Development of project plans (project scope and goals, time planning, costs, resources, risks & opportunities, quality, communication, purchasing, etc.)
  • Contact with the FEV management, customers and suppliers to ensure a successful project flow
  • Control and coordination of distributed agile teams
• Processes:
  • Application and support of FEV project management processes and tools, preparation and regular presentation of the project status
  • Support in the introduction of new project structures (ASPICE, Agile)
  • Support of "Lessons Learned" methods, quality checks and problem solving
• Acquisition/Finances/Other:
  • Support of acquisition processes and product management activities, especially in the greater Munich area
  • Active participation in the design of the FEV product portfolio
  • Identification and implementation of project recovery measures, complaints, project deviations, etc.
  • Building long-term relationships and trust with customers and suppliers
  • Encourage, coach and actively promote the transfer of knowledge with a positive personality

Your qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Several years of proven and profound experience in project management
• Several years of professional experience in the management of development teams for embedded software according to ASPICE or CMMI guidelines
• Profound technical understanding of the life cycle of automotive software development (systems engineering, software development, integration, validation, industrialization, etc.)
• Experience in agile developments (e. g. Scrum, Less)
• Work experience in a multicultural environment (management and leadership of international teams)
• Extensive experience in customer contact
• Very good communication skills (written and oral) at all management levels (internal and external)
• Business fluent language skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
• On-site presence in the greater Munich area
• Very good MS Office knowledge
