We are looking to recruit, at the earliest possibility, a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Breeding Station Management within KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA at the Einbeck site.The role is to be filled full-time and with a permanent contract.Your area of responsibility includes:
  • Organizing and moderating working groups as well as various meetings in the field of breeding and research services
  • Supporting the international breeding stations in projects (i.e., organization, service structure, or in collaboration with stakeholder groups)
  • Representation in the area of Breeding and Research Services in KWS projects
  • Coordinating the meetings of Global Station Management
  • Supporting various medium-term or long-term plannings in the station area as well as analysis and derivation of corresponding measures from KPIs
  • Regular business trips to interact with KWS breeding stations
  • Responsible for the information channels in the area of Breeding and Research Services
Bring in your strengths:
  • Completed studies in business administration, agriculture, agribusiness or comparable vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in Project Management in a comparable company
  • Good skills in structuring, marketing, and managing projects
  • Basic knowledge of breeding processes and agricultural issues
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • High level of initiative, service-oriented, mindset, and independent way of working
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German and French knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 %
