In 2018, the DHL Supply Chain board established the global Accelerated Digitalization aProduct Development Management team with the aim of accelerating the continuous identification, productization, deployment and improvement/ management of key digital technologies.

Since its inception, the Accelerated Digitalization Product Development team has installed Accelerated Digitalization as an industry-leading initiative with 12 Focus Technologies, 7.500 projects, 4.500 go-lives and an engaged cross-regional and cross-functional team that is #togetherunstoppable. Accelerated Digitalization is continuously discussed in senior internal DHL Supply Chain circles and salient external outlets.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Identification and assessment for scaling of digital technologies globally
• Productization of Accelerated Digitalization technologies to enable fastest possible deployment across all relevant DHL Supply Chain operations globally along the 8 Step Accelerated Digitalization productization process.
• Initiate, contribute and drive highly visible AD product deployments (Scaling, Execution) jointly with site, country, regional and global DHL Supply Chain management (Scaling of technologies)
• Support shaping Product Development Management Target Operating Model (People, Process, Tools) with AD teams and communicate AD strategy in close collaboration with senior DHL Supply Chain Management and DPDHL Functions
• Support communicating DHL Supply Chain’s Accelerated Digitalization and Innovation strategy in customer and internal management meetings

• Organizational expertise in consulting roles, projects, and program management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong passion for Technology
• Strong stakeholder management, ability to effectively influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
