Role Purpose

This role encompasses group-wide promotion, communication, senior-level liaison, and advocacy of all Office IT infrastructure services and solutions. This includes driving the

Enterprise Active Directory domain-, Microsoft Cloud- and application modernisation strategy, considering all corresponding legal regulations, customer requirements and Vodafone internal policies/standards.

With Us You Will
  • Provide SLT-level liaison between
Office IT and all parts of the Group and local markets for the OIT portfolio, to include technical authorship of related design and operational documentation and curation of the Office IT internal and customer-facing libraries.
  • Driving the Enterprise Activ
Directory domain-, Microsoft Cloud-and application modernisation strategy, considering all corresponding legal regulations, customer requirements and Vodafone internal policies/standards.
  • The role incorporates transparency of the services and being the global/ qualified interface for technical matters to top level management and corresponding experts from Security, Network, HR, WIAM and User Management (incl. local markets).
  • Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and able to give advice and provide consultancy to both internally and externally stakeholders, so that the goals with respect to quality, efficiency and costs are consistently achieved.
  • Develop, manage and maintain crisis management, backup and recovery, and business continuity and contingency plans and documentation for all OIT service
Apply If You Have
  • High-end authoring, communication and presentation skills across functional and cultural boundaries.
  • Ability to engage, inspire and negotiate with all stakeholders/SLT, customers and suppliers.
  • Strong IT Service Management, Architecture and Operations background (> 15 years of experience in large environments with > 100,000 users).
  • Top-level IT expert for huge enterprises (strong knowledge required, e.g.: network, client/server mgmt, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure expertise, Identity-&Access Mgmt and more)
