PMI (Post Merger Integration) Specialist (m|f|d)

What you will accomplish together with us

• You support the business development team in the context of due diligences

• You take over the operative responsibility for the integration process of acquired companies in cooperation with the business leads of the divisions and the corporate functions

• Establishing the cooperation platform with the acquired companies

• Consult the entire organization up to the board level in terms of execution of integrations, and/or roll out activities

• You are responsible for process, system and data integration workstreams within Post Merger Integration projects

• You are in close cooperation with the integration leads of the various business divisions

• You define and monitor project plans in order to successfully implement the integration topics and prepare status update for the steering committee

• Coaching of business work streams along the integration process using our existing tools (PMI Playbook, Clarizen , Roll out kit)

• You accelerate the continuous development of our roll out methods and tools

What will convince us

• You have a successfully completed university degree; an MBA or law degree is an advantage

• You bring relevant experience in the implementation of international post-merger integration projects

• Several years of professional experience in an international strategy consultancy or in a corporate department of an international group

• Project management experience in an international context - preferably biopharma or international consulting is a plus

• Ability to communicate across different hierarchy levels and in an international context is one of your strengths

• You have distinctive analytical skills, proactivity and strategic thinking and strong presentation skills

• Structured and efficient way of working within complex projects and pronounced analytical skills, initiative and strategic thinking

• You are a Team player with an outstanding ability to manage remote collaborations and create followership

• International willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
