At the Institute of Radiopharmaceutical Cancer Research scientists (f/m/d) from the fields of physics, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, immunology, medicine and IT develop innovative radiopharmaceuticals and novel tools for functional characterization, improved imaging and personalized treatment of tumors.

PhD student (f/m/d) Development of smart miniaturized biosensing devices and systems

Working field:

  • Development of the high throughtput microfluidic system for the development and automatic culture of the 3D tumour cell models

Requirements:

  • Completed university studies (Master’s degree or diploma) in Biomedical, Mechanical engineering, Nanotechnology and related disciplines
  • Experience in the design and prototyping of the microfluidic chips with the optical and / or all-electric detection readout
  • Experience in Micro- and nanofabrication
  • Programming skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
