Become part of an excellent environment.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person for our location in Oberursel as soon as possible in the role of anPerformance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities- You are responsible for the overall strategy, concept, and realization of performance-driven campaigns to ensure overall digital marketing effectiveness, marketing spend and CPA-driven ROI by tracking and evaluating KPIs of all marketing channelsYou identify actionable opportunities by managing our day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines, including researching, growing, and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies
- Your main activity covers affiliate, display marketing, cooperation, retargeting, Social Marketing and SEO/SEA
- You find the best angle to introduce our product to each target by optimizing value propositions through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords across different channels & building and running A/B tests across landing pages and our website
- You establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how the inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- This role is working closely with our local Digital Brand Manager and other internal stakeholders like Brand Managers, Product Management with a strong emphasis on being part of a Global Digital Team and acts as a data driven counterpart to optimize our content strategy
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or Media Studies, Economics, or a related field
- At least five years of relevant experience in Display and Performance Marketing
- A lead generation background
- High interest in and profound understanding of AdTech / Tracking Technologies
- Excellent analytical skills as well as Excel knowledge
- Creativity and fun regarding development and changing of concepts, willing to leave the beaten track
- Structured and methodical work ethic, a very strong sense of ownership!
