As Sport Alliance, we make it easier for people to access sport by digitalizing the fitness industry. As the market leader in Germany, we rely on the state-of-the-art technologies and methods to create a cloud-based platform that can map all relevant business processes from independent gyms to international chains.Building on this, we have created a unique ecosystem of innovative products and services in the areas of fintech, e-commerce and lead generation.The Sport Alliance group consists of Magicline, Finion, MySports, bedarf and Pay Due and we’re not done yet. Our offices in Hamburg and Cracow are located in the heart of the city centre. Around 200 colleagues are working on new ideas and solutions to lead the industry into the future.

Tasks
  • Ensure overall transparency in the company regarding our organizational development, collaboration, exchange between teams, etc.
  • Support and ensure the quality of all areas in the company in the documentation of knowledge and preparation of the latest information
  • Conceptualize and conduct trainings for internal employees on tool usage (especially Confluence), structuring and preparation of information and ensure compliance and further development of standards for overall knowledge management
  • Maintain an overview of the organization, applications and processes at Sport Alliance
  • Maintain leadership documentation, conduct leadership trainings and drive new methods and processes for the further development of our teams and our organization
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of solid organizational development experience in a digital company
  • Several years of professional experience in organizational development and/or change management
  • Interest in modern technologies and desire to accompany topics from concept to implementation
  • Confident personality with strong consulting skills, empathy and persuasiveness, communication skills (in German as well as in English) and moderation skills
  • Degree in psychology, economics or social sciences with a focus on organizational development or a comparable field of study would be an advantage
