RESPONSIBILITIES

For our Northern Europe & EMEA team we are currently looking for a neu colleague to support the Global Credit Card team with the following tasks:

Administration of the company credit card program in EMEA
Close cooperation with cardholders, business partners and the credit card provider
First Point of Contact for credit card related queries via phone or email
Monthly monitoring of the card program and reporting
Participation in projects regarding travel expense submission or M&A
Proactively contribute to the development of our department, using state-of-the-art technologies
QUALIFICATIONS

You have completed a formal vocational training in Business and Commerce or have a Degree in Business and Economics and have an affinity with Finance-related tasks.
You speak fluently English. German or/and other European language skills are a plus.
You have a good command of the standard MS Office.
You are known to stay focused even in difficult situations and deal with customers with confidence and the necessary level of friendliness and commitment to provide high quality services.
