The posting refers to the project phase to ensure Day 1 readiness of DTFS GmbH on December 1st. Interest in joining the new organization and continuing the task in the future DTFS GmbH is a prerequisite.

We are designing / implementing a European market template based on the Sofico Miles contract management system. As the Product Owner Wholesale you will be responsible for the support of the Wholesale Financing Business and the integration with the Miles backend

Tasks
  • Responsible for the development of the Whosesale Integration into the Miles backend
  • responsible for the Product-Backlog, the creation of User Stories together with Stakeholders as well as the prioritization regarding value
  • Pragmatically chose the way of implementation (agile, classic) to deliver the product increments in-budget, in-scope, in-time, in-quality and
translate business requirements into User Stories and leads the implementation into increments of the product
  • resolve project conflicts, informs the management and related stakeholders regularly about the project status and risks
  • take over ownership of the product and coordination of the implementation with the development team and IT suppliers
  • regular presentation of the results in front of committees and the management team



Qualifications
  • Experience in the contract management domain (both system & processes) is preferred
  • Experience with the MILES Software is preferred
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Programming/Systems or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of work experience and strong competences in software development / tech industry
  • Strong experience in project management and agile methodology and practices as well as the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software projects using Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals
  • Certification in agile Methods (PSPO, Scrum, SAFE) or Project Management methods is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills both verbal and written
  • Highest Level of self-initiative, team orientation, flexibility, communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within DMO or experience in financing and/or leasing
  • Network within the present DMO AG
