What Awaits You
  • Management of the Business Unit Travel EMEA in all matters
  • Responsibility for the operational business of the business unit
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Line management of a team of currently 18 internal employees (m/f/d) as well as additional external employees (m/f/d)
  • Further development of the team
  • Further development of the PASS Travel System portfolio (https://www.pass-consulting.com/branchen/travel/)
  • Steering and further development of the business unit’s product portfolio
  • Set-up and management of overarching customer projects
  • Supporting the sales department with large or strategically important customers
  • Representation of the business unit towards customers and external partners
  • Representation of the business unit towards PASS management and other PASS business units
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Completed studies in business administration, computer science or a comparable course of study.
  • Many years of experience in a comparable management function, preferably with a focus on travel
  • Extensive experience in leading distributed teams and multicultural cooperation
  • Very good experience in leading complex IT projects or programs
  • Very good knowledge of typical application landscapes and software architectures in the travel sector
  • Very good analytical thinking skills and independent, structured way of working
  • Confident communication at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Very good written and spoken English (business fluent)
  • Reliability, stress resistance and a high ability to work in a team (m/f/d)
