  • Management of the strategy implementation process in alignment with the cross business unit functions and regions
  • Responsible for market attractiveness analyses in selected applications (e.g., coatings & adhesives), derived from the mid term growth- and sustainability strategy
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring of market size, growth rates, profitabiltiy levels, etc. in existing applications; competition profiling
  • Identification of market- and technology trends and strategic implications for the Business Unit Methacrylate Resins
  • Account Management: Responsible for customer segmentation process, definition of service levels and KPIs in alignment with the regions
  • Responsible for global key account management process
  • Evaluation of customer needs and generation of related strategic and operative meassures
  • Management of global lead and opportunity process; identification of new applications outside core markets
  • Planning and execution of internal and external communication tasks (e.g., internet, intranet, social media, tradeshows etc.)
Qualifications
  • Graduated from a technical or a business degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Knowledge of coatings and adhesives
