Manager Business Develpoment (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You are the shaper of the heat revolution: Your ideas and implementation skills will result in concrete value-adding solutions for our customers and partners
  • You will create new business models and introduce them or further develop existing approaches
  • You can expect varied challenges, consisting of different target groups from specialist trades to end customers, digital and traditional business models as well as agile and classic project management
  • You work both strategically, but also pragmatically implement MVPs with target stakeholders
  • Your holistic view creates orientation in the cross-functional project teams in the process
  • Through change management, you ensure necessary accompanying changes in the organization
  • The digitalization, expansion and harmonization of business processes round off your multi-layered field of activity.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • You convince with several years of know-how in the area of innovations and business development, ideally in an agile environment and/or consulting area
  • For your job you are also qualified by a successfully completed degree in industrial engineering/economics or a comparable qualification
  • High business and solution orientation as well as very good project management skills are part of your DNA
  • Your talent is also to inspire yourself and others for entrepreneurial innovations
  • Business fluent communication in German is mandatory, also English is no problem for you
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, strong implementation skills and a meticulous way of working are important to you.
