Für unsere Kunden in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Kandidaten für den Standort Taufkirchen, Deutschland für die folgende Position:

Learning Business Partner (f/m/d) Ref.2021_232

Aufgabenprofil:

  • Learning Plan Management

Based on a deep understanding of business priorities and constraints, build & deliver Learning & KM plans addressing critical business needs balancing business constraints and optimization targets (cost and capacity).

  • Learning Offer Development

Design & develop new learning solutions from Business needs, respecting our project management standards and commitments. Support and advise Academies to find most efficient Learning & KM solutions. Ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain the learning offer effectiveness, quality and performance. Provide any opportunity to streamline and digitalize the Learning offer in perspective of performance and effectiveness. Support the change and innovation initiatives within the organization.

  • Learning Delivery Management

Ensure Business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities. Capture business constraints, assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plan with different stakeholders, propose solutions based on Expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage sub-contractor for training sessions’ logistics organization. Monitor Deployment performance through relevant KPIs and risk management, lead actions to improve and optimize training deployment.

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Excellent communications skills and team working are essential
  • Team worker with international openness (experience in transversal and transnational teams)
  • Innovative and disruptive mind-set able to challenge the traditional ways of working
