At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Lean Coach (m/f/d) for our site in Großbeeren.

Being a Lean Coach, you will be part of the Lean team, whose members self-organise based on their roles and strengths. Using your business background, you will analyse our processes and detect weaknesses and areas for improvement in line with the Lean approach.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for coaching and supporting our shop floor Lean Leaders with daily problem-solving and using Lean tools.
  • You will organise and lead Lean workshops.
  • You will take on responsibility as a project lead (Kaizen Lead) and offer support with your Lean expertise as a host, coach, and sparring partner.
  • You will conduct value stream analyses to uncover potentials and process improvements along our value streams.
  • You will initiate and accompany Lean projects on optimisation and continuous improvement of existing processes.
  • You will consult, coach and train our Lean Leaders at the Gemba in using Lean management standards.

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Degree in engineering or economics, or similar qualifications
  • In-depth experience in practically using Lean methods and in project management
  • You must be fluent in spoken and written English and Polish or German and English
  • You have strong communicative, organisational, and presentation skills, and you enjoy working with people
  • You are quick at solving problems, work autonomously, and have a hands-on work mentality.
