As a Lead Product Owner (f/m/d) Online Solutions you are responsible for ensuring a great customer experience through our online platform myKN.

myKN is the easy access for our clients to get a quote, book, and track online. We built myKN to simplify our customers’ lives. As Lead Product Owner (f/m/d) Online Solutions you will improve the platform to ensure a great customer experience and to ease collaboration and interaction between our customers, suppliers and us. Therefore you closely interact with internal stakeholders as well as customers and are always up to date on the newest market trends to define requirements. You lead a team of Product Owners (f/m/d), prioritize requirements and together with a qualified product team you bring ideas to reality.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Lead the team of product owners for KN’s customer facing online platform
  • Motivation, support and development of the staff
  • Collect, analyze and prioritize requirements for our global customer facing system myKN
  • Coordinate among different departments and align with different stakeholders to create solution concepts, supporting different functional and regional demands
  • Manage projects starting at requirement collection, over development with our IT teams, to successful rollout
  • Work in a fully empowered product team in agile environment
  • Monitor market requirements, competitors and business trends in close collaboration with our strategist
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
  • Academic degree in business administration, logistics, IT, mathematics or similar qualifications from of relevant work experience
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Profound experience in working within agile product development environments as an empowered product owner
  • Experience in digitization, ideally in connection with Sales channels or online platforms
  • Preferable experience in handling and working with external partners
  • Interest in logistics as well as strong affinity to ’Internet Technology’
  • Strong communication skills in English and ideally in German for effective collaboration across various teams and Business Units as well as with customers
  • Extensive analytical skills in combination with a well-structured and methodical way of working
