(Junior) Talent Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Career and Pipeline Builder:You will identify suitable candidate profiles for our vacancies on social media platforms and in communities, target potential candidates through active sourcing and help build talent pools in a highly competitive market
• Candidate Market expert: You help breaking down the complexity of candidate markets for our business in a structured and analytical way
• Candidate dream: You are convicted that an excellent candidate experience is key and deliver this every day to our potential new Serralians
• Strategic Collaboration:You work closely with Talent Acquisition Experts and Hiring Managers to nail the profile and choose key points to engage with the specific target group
• Candidate creation:You deliver talent leads to our Talent Acquisition Experts and significantly contribute to building our talent pipelines
• Practice lead:You bring a systematic approach and have the aspiration to standardize while keeping personalization in mind

Your profile:

• Passion & People’s person:You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoy connecting with people and have a results-oriented approach
• Technical Touchpoints: You have at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting / Active sourcing (both agency and in-house experience welcome)
• International flair:You are interested in and appreciative of cultures across the globe and are able to communicate on eye-level with all our candidates in fluent business english (German would be a plus)
