Our mission is to become the go-to destination for job seekers of all levels around the globe. Currently active in the US, the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands, we are cooperating with over 4.000 partners to incorporate over 10 million vacancies on our platform.
To further shape and grow our business on the French market, we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Manager FR (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your exciting responsibilities include:
- Growing our business as our face of the company in France
- Identifying potential new customers on the French market
- Engaging with leads via phone calls/cold emails and arranging sales meetings
- Exchange of ideas on an equal footing regarding your experience in sales, the design of the sales funnel and the introduction of ideas for improving our customer offering
- Negotiating contracts with partners, and helping on the transition to the customer success team
- Working directly with your Country Manager on new markets and segments to develop our business in
- Collaborating with the rest of the French team and other international sales teams on best practices, and sharing of experiences.
Ideally you bring:
- First experience in a rapid-growth start-up environment, the recruitment industry or consulting
- At least one year of experience in Business Development, a data-driven Customer Success role or Performance Marketing, ideally within the field of e-commerce or recruitment technology
- Fluent French and English skills, German as a plus
- An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry in France as a plus
