VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. Since, we have built a team of more than 130 international consumer talents. We are a data-driven consumer incubation engine, having launched more than 10 brands and 300 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with its own marketing, design, research, operations, production, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and digital 3rd-party channels. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for successful and loved brands, partnering with influencers and corporations worldwide.

For our Hamburg office we are looking for a Junior HR Manager (M/F/D).

Tasks

  • Support our HR strategy from “onboarding to offboarding” across various employment models (fixed employment to freelancers and expert sourcing)
  • Manage all daily administrative HR activities from A-Z (including contract management, payroll preparation and taking care of our employee benefits)
  • Co-develop and drive the entire lifecycle of our employees in cooperation with your team and the management level
  • Support recruiting the right talent for VIVERE’s growth and co-create initiatives to improve employer branding
  • Participation in projects for the further development of our HR department with a focus on the area of talent development
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • Ideally 1+ year of relevant experience in handling all areas of the HR function, preferably in a start-up setting
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and related regulatory requirements a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible and results-oriented work approach with a good ability to prioritize tasks
  • A hands-on mindset and passion for implementing HR processes from the scratch
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and G Suite
  • You are proficient in German and English
