Your Tasks
  • You will analyze requirements for existing IT processes, IT products and IT services, including the planning, organization and execution of business process analyses.
  • You create concepts and guidelines of enhancements to IT products and IT services in terms of functionality enhancements or to prepare and conduct training and workshops.
  • They advise customers and create solution concepts in the field of business process analysis.
Your Profile
  • You have completed a relevant university education in computer science or a comparable course of study, or you have equivalent relevant skills and experience.
  • You have broad knowledge and experience in requirements and business process analysis in IT.
  • You have good knowledge and experience of IT-relevant planning and control processes, especially in the areas of budgeting and controlling.
  • You have broad knowledge and initial experience of current IT technologies and technical assessment skills.
  • You bring analytical thinking skills that enable you to quickly penetrate problems, independently develop solutions and familiarize yourself with complex technical topics.
  • Cooperation skills, holistic thinking and conscientiousness round out your profile.
