• As IT Security Manager (m/f/x) you are responsible for defining and communicating the Information Security strategy for Aroundhome as well as our Online Platform
• You are taking ownership for the development of our Incident/Crisis Management Process by staying in close contact with different stakeholders and are able to successfully communicate Information Security topics in all levels
• You actively drive Information Security risk assessments, analyse the results and conduct proper mitigations in the context of the business
• You will conduct Security Awareness initiatives and make sure Information Security is on the roadmap of all departments
• You will own and run our Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO27001
• You will provide cross-functional support to other departments on Information Security related topics, will closely work with the top management and therefore contribute to the further development of Aroundhome

• You have a university degree in Computer Science, Security or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
• You have a broad understanding of GDPR requirements as well as issues and basic hands-on experience in infrastructure and security topics
• You distinguish with your excellent communication skills and are fluent in english and german
• You work in a goal oriented manner and are able to priorotize your work with multiple parallel tasks
• You ideally possess a CISSP certificate
