Hapag-Lloyd started the digitalization and modernization of its HR IT landscape in 2020 and is currently in the progress of ramping up a global HR suite for all core processes. During the next years of our digitalization journey, we will implement best-in-class IT solutions for our Human Resource Teams and our global workforce. And you can be part of it!

For our location in Hamburg we are looking for a

IT Product Manager (m/f/d) Human Resource Management

As Part of HLAGs new Corporate IT Human Resource Management Team you will drive digitalization in HR by managing our global IT Services

• Manage the Human Resource IT Products in close collaboration with the Business Owner and make sure that Products are delivering the maximum value for our global HR organization and our 13.100 employees worldwide
• Take responsibility of the global implementation and rollout of the new Oracle Cloud HCM Suite - a major software program to be shaped with rollouts planned for the next 5 years
• Build up and lead the HR IT Team of five internal FTE and manage additional external resources to further scale the topic
• Shape the HR IT Architecture and ensure proper interconnectivity between different HR solutions as well as HR solutions and other IT products
• Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements/ future developments of process- and IT-solutions

Our tech stack:

• Oracle HCM Suite
• Cornerstone one Demand LMS
• Further local Systems for Payroll/ Time & Attendance

• Several years of professional experience in HCM IT implementations or comparable topic
• Several years of experience in IT product Management
• Hands on experience in management of close stakeholder relations and joint requirements engineering
• Ability to coach resources and supervise a team
• Experience with complex software solutions in the enterprise environment
• Independent and responsible working style as well as good team player skills
• Analytical skills and efficient way of working
• Cloud knowledge with hands-on experience – good to have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• As an internationally active company, we require a good command of written and spoken English
• Interest into technology and architecture – we really like to discuss about technologies and solutions that we’re using
• Experiences in agile methods, in management of Oracle HCM solution and in cloud migration projects would be an advantage
