What You’ll Do
  • Support our day-to-day relationships with SSPs and premium publishers in EMEA, with a focus on Germany and the DACH region, including new channels or industry standards evaluation, client questions, QBRs, contracts, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Communicate with local partners regularly, ensuring the inventory is available and addressable
  • Support internal Trade Desk business teams and other Inventory team functions, including publisher management, header bidding, SPO, advertiser and creative guidelines, Marketplace Quality, etc.
  • Maintain and document different operational process workflows, and offerings in the local region, while bridging local market nuances into terms regional and global clients are familiar with in the international market
  • Become an expert on all new supply-related industry and partner updates, such as new channels and devices, new technologies, privacy regulations, etc.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features, drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform, and comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Enforce policies, operational processes, and standards to create scalability for the team
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery challenges pertaining to Inventory for the EMEA region and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we can resolve any problem
  • Escalate, track and act on opportunities with local supply vendors
  • Liaise with the Technical Account Management team for technical adoptions and implications to the partnership
  • Evangelize The Trade Desk’s value proposition and technology with our local partners

Who You Are
  • Online advertising experience required; with publisher or SSP-facing experience preferred
  • Expertise in working with DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
  • Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and publishers, understanding their objectives and helping achieve their goals
  • Ability to work cross functionally with many teams
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and logical mindset, top notch organizational skills
  • International Experience and ability to speak German and English.
