YOUR ROLE

  • Become a team member of the global sales and channel excellence team in automotive components, responsible for driving sales and channel excellence initiatives forward
  • Responsible for internal communication for defined sales & channel excellence global projects (e.g., channel strategy, customer relationship management tool, training & development, global key account management)
  • Analyze and interpret business data to support defined sales & channel excellence global projects, including identifying recommended next steps of action
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards/reporting to measure progress
  • Support project management of defined sales & channel excellence global projects
  • Taking responsibility and getting room to initiate/take over and drive to implementation your own projects
  • Own your results and present them to relevant stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies with focus on business administration, business chemistry, sales, data analytics, marketing strategy or similar
  • Former internships in a B2B environment, or a semester abroad is advantageous but not necessary
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Passion for B2B and international organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in taking on responsibilities with a willingness to learn
  • Availability as of January 2022 for 6 months
