YOUR ROLE

  • Support global projects related to organizational transformation and people development in Adhesive Technologies Innovation
  • Working on strategic projects, owning your results and regular exchange with regional and global teams
  • Work closely with other departments and prepare presentation/content towards our top management team
  • Develop digital communication concepts

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related studies, e.g. in international management, business administration, organizational behaviour, psychology or similar
  • It would be of advantage, if you already have gained some practical and/or international experience e.g. by former internships or semester abroad
  • We communicate in English, so fluent English language skills are mandatory
  • Working with digital tools & MS Office is your natural way of working
  • We would need somebody, who is self-motivated, result-oriented and passionate about what you are doing
  • A entrepreneurial mind who is working hands-on and can communicate well with our stakeholders would be great
  • Teamorientation and supporting us with a high level of independency is very welcome
  • Availability as of latest March 2022 or earlier for six months at headquarters in Düsseldorf
