YOUR TEAM

For the department Solution Team E³ 1.2 Automatic Driving & Parking (ADAS&AD), we are looking for an intern.

The Solution Train 1.2 P is one of the three product lines within CARIAD. It provides the electronic architecture, main computing platforms, sensors as well as in-vehicle and back-end software functions for all premium platform-based cars in the Volkswagen Group.
Our department works on the driving, parking and safety customer functions delivered to the Solution Train 1.2 P.

Our department ensures the project management of the driving, parking and safety customer functions on top solution level and bundles the project management and system engineering roles and responsibilities required to ensure the project success. Our team acts as the key interface between portfolio-management, technical development, finance, purchasing, legal and the Volkswagen Group brands. You will work with colleagues at different locations worldwide and in various departments and VW-brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Join the project management team for the ADAS&AD product portfolio, delivering the full-stake of ADAS&AD functions for new car vehicle projects within the Volkswagen Group
• Support the project team in monitoring the project status in terms of costs, schedule and objectives
• Support the team in developing and implementing project management processes in terms of project structures, schedules and project metrics

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the area of engineering, science, business administration or project management
• Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Good team and communication skills
• Analytical understanding of complex systems and problem solving skills
• Structured and independent work, above-average commitment and flexibility
• Very good practice of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams); knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is desirable
