YOUR ROLE

  • Contribute to the ideation, development and implementation of new data-driven business models and services at adhesive technologies
  • Gain insights into new business models and support decision making processes, e.g. analysis of future scenarios, assessment of competitive landscape, internal analysis
  • Support the team in preparing senior management, board updates, decision meetings and in responding to ad-hoc requests
  • Actively support and lead the preparation of workshops with various (senior) stakeholders (i.e. ideation, validation)
  • Propose different and creative approaches to further develop initial ideas
  • Work in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces within the organization
  • Get to know adhesive technologies as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed min. four semesters in business administration, economics, management, business informatics or comparable studies with excellent results to date
  • Experience in venture builders or strategy in related start-ups, business development or strategy consulting
  • Preferably initial experience in digital / data-driven business models
  • Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with creativity and strategic thinking
  • Team spirit, sense of humour and hands-on mentality
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models and structured work
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
